Amenities & Policies

Choose to stay in one of our Romantic One-bedroom Cottages or bring the family and enjoy the beautiful, roomy Ranch House. Each accommodation has its own unique charm that will bring you back again and again.

One Bedroom Cottages
The one bedroom cottages were built by owners Larry and Cindy in 1992 and feature natural pine woodwork, wood vaulted ceilings and saltillo tile floors.

The Country and Garden Cottages accommodate up to 2 guests with cozy living room, full kitchen, separate bedroom with queen bed and spacious bathroom with oversized soaking tub. As they both have the same amenities and cost the same you could be placed in either one when you make a reservation. If you have a preference of one, you may put in the request in the special requirements field on the reservation form.

The Native American and Adobe Cottages accommodate from 2-4 guests with cozy living rooms with a queen sofa bed (please note that sofa beds are more suitable for children- for 4 adults we recommend two cottages or the Ranch House), full kitchen, separate bedroom with queen bed and spacious bathroom with shower. As they both have the same amenities and cost the same you could be placed in either one when you make a reservation. If you have a preference of one, you may put in the request in the special requirements field on the reservation form.

Ranch House
Accommodates up to 6 guests. The two bedroom, two bathroom Ranch House is perfect for larger families. The roomy Ranch House is full of beautiful wood floors, maple cabinets and decorated with warm colors.

Amenities
All accommodations have fully equipped kitchens stocked daily with coffees, teas, hot chocolate, milk, juice, muffins, fruit & granola. Each accommodation also has its own private sitting area. A gas barbecue and picnic table is available to all guests.

These two cottages are for 2 guests only. Both have a living room with a cozy couch, gas fireplace, satellite TV, full kitchen with stove with 4 gas burners and oven, microwave, and a 2 door refrigerator/freezer. A separate bedroom with romantic queen size log bed and spacious bathroom with oversized soaking tub and waterfall showerhead complete your cottage. Each has their own private outside setting area.

These two cottages can accommodate up to 4 guests- they both have a queen size sofa bed in the living room (please note that sofa beds are more suitable for children- for 4 adults we recommend two cottages or the Ranch House but will be happy to accommodate 4 adults). Also included are the gas fireplace, satellite TV, a full kitchen with stove with 4 gas burners and oven, microwave, and a 2 door refrigerator/freezer. A separate bedroom with romantic queen bed and spacious bathroom with shower completes your cottage. Each has their own private outside setting area.

This smaller unit accommodates up to 2 guests and sits at the top of the raised center barn building. The downstairs is for storage only, so it is as quiet as the cottages with no shared walls. It is a large room with queen bed, sitting area, kitchenette with stove with 4 gas burners and oven, microwave, and an under-the-counter small refrigerator (small freezer- ice cubes only) and bathroom with shower.

• The kitchens include stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, dishes, coffeemakers, paper towels, pots & pans, toaster, and packets of salt, pepper, and butter.

• All accommodations offer private label glycerin soap & shampoo, robes, hairdryers, iron & ironing board, daily maid service, central heating and air conditioning.

• Complimentary WiFi

• Free local and long distance phone calls from the courtesy phone on the front porch of the office.

• Concierge services, in room massages available at $90 for one hour.

• 2 night minimum on weekends, 3-4 nights for holidays.

• We cannot accommodate pets.

• No smoking on the premises- smoking area at entry gates.

• Reservations require a 50% deposit, refundable with 7 days notice of cancellation, 14 for holidays or for 2 cottages.

• Check-in time is between 4-6 P.M. Please call if you need to make different arrangements.
